    8) If you have nagging injuries stay covered up and dress warm for your workouts. I always wear a few layers unless it’s over 80 degrees in the gym.

    The goal of this workout is to build muscle. All rep timings are 2-1-2 unless stated in the notes and all rest times are 1 min between sets and 2 mins between exercises. As always, perform a warmup by doing 5-10 mins cardio followed by stretching and some warmup sets on the first exercise.

    Your program is a gift of which everybody who is interested in training would dream. It has answered every question that has been puzzling me for the past seven years. After reading the material, I have been feeling that you, a sagacious and earnest trainer, have been always with me to motivate my workout.     Whats up man! How are things back in the states? I hope all is well and things are going good for you. Did you put in your papers for green to gold? well its pretty hot, and dusty, port o john that fill up every day, and living in tents.
